These Baked Salmon Parcels are the simplest meal to cook and can be prepared hours in advance
They are essentially self saucing as well which removes the need for any further effort
Heat the oven to 200
Make double thickness foil parcels to hold one salmon fillet each.
Put the salmon in the parcels and scatter over the herbs, tomatoes, butter and halved lemon slices
Close the parcels and cook in the oven for 12 minutes.
Rest the salmon for a few minutes before serving.
