One of the highlights of Christmas dinner is always pigs in blankets. To the extent that I've usually got to double the amount just to ensure some reach the table!
Quick question. Does anyone still eat these throughout the rest of the year or are you like me and this is a 'festive treat'?
To prepare, cut the bacon rashers in half and then wrap a piece of bacon around each of the chipolatas. Using a pastry brush, dip into the honey and give a quick brush to glaze. This makes them extra sticky!
Cover and pop in the fridge until needed
Heat oven to 190C
Place the pigs in blankets on a baking tray and cook for 30-35 mins until golden
