Born in Scotland, I should have more affinity to the Haggis; that lone fearsome wee beastie that roams the Highlands, but I don't due to a severe bout of food poisoning when my mum made one. I could have provided a recipe to make your own haggis but there are many very good one's available (I've been told) in your supermarkets. I'm still mulling over a few recipes and will update in due course.
