This is fresh, delicious and ever so simple and quick to make
As the sauce doesn't reheat well, use this straight away.
Break up the white chocolate and place into a glass bowl.
Bring a pan of water to the boil and then place thr bowl of chocolate on top and start to melt
When the chocolate has melted, whisk in the cream until smooth
Place berries into a serving dish
Pour the chocolate sauce over the berries and serve
